Just for reference....where are your mail boxes? At the door, the street or those hideous community boxes?
If you have boxes at the street just park in front of it. I know in some areas a mailman wasn't allowed to get out of his truck to deliver and if a car was in the way they would hold the mail.
A few days of not getting his mail might get his attention.
It's sad the city hasn't take care of this by now.
I did explain about the vehicle situation and asked that he park in front of his own house. I have not heard back fom the DPS about if they are changing the street sweeping day. I did a call back from the the ordinance officer. She explained that the city is attempting to change the wording in the ordinance. The intention was 36 hours to load and 36 to unload for a total of 72 hours. The way it is currently worded does create a loophope allowing people to leave their camping trialers in the the front yard for up to five days. Most people follow the spirit of the law, but she did say there is one other jerk in the city who is always pushing as far as he can. However, she said if it has been there for weeks, that is definitely a violation and she will issue a citation. So at this point I am 1-1. Depending on what DPS says that might change. lol Thanks again for listening to me, and for the good suggestions.

Reason: spelling
the fact that he knows and exploits the 72 hour trailer law shows that he is aware of his actions. He just doesnt have a regard for his neighbors.
I would not let him park his car infront of my house. Tell him point blank not to park there anymore as its an inconvenience. If he needs parking, go down the street, rent a storage facility or make room in his own driveway.
