I don't know either if you are born with it but genes and enviroment has a lot to do with it I think.

Some times I wonder about people who no matter how hard they try they never quite succeed at anything they try. It isn't from lack of tryng but after awhile that would depress anybody. Because they settle into thinking "this is all I deserve" couldn't that cause constant depression? I wonder a lot why some people seem to have it easier in life than others when both can be very nice good people. Or maybe they lose hope of ever having a better life so they get comfortable in the one they are in. To outsiders it might seem like depression when to the person it could be contentment maybe? Perhaps we are thrown so much of what life is supposed to be when we don't see it coming we tend to say why bother.

StuckPa how can we help you be happier? Do you need us to restart the underground railroad so you will always be on the move?

Sounds like a plan
I don't think there's anything anyone could do for me(except give me a million dollars)...
I've identified the majority of my depression as financial and control issues.
They say the answer to happiness is having control over your life, but somewhere along the way the wheels just started coming off for me.
Perhaps there will be some planetary alignment that will get things back on the track they used to be!

^If I had money. I would give you money, stuck. But until then, here is my help. Loose a lot of weight and try growing some hair to cover your bald spot.

if they believe they're depressed then they are gonig to be depressed. your thoughts create your reality.

That's not been my experience, people just kinda throw that out there...
I've had good thoughts before and it didn't do much for my actual situation.
That's more like a 'dream' thing.

First take a good peak what they look like!

It'll be interesting to see how all these stars' kids with the most bizarre names will turn out some day. I had a classmate by the name of the equivalent of Snow White. While it sounded cute when young, somehow it's a pretty odd name for an old lady...

It may be the way the name sounds...
