My father was oldest of 4 (2nd a brother, 3rd/4th sisters).

I do not know my mother's side, but I think she was the youngest. I do not know how many siblings. I think she may have been a blunder, but I don't know.

2 daughters, I am the younger by 18months.

My husband is the older between him and his sister.

Mom, middle child of three. Much older sister and much younger brother. They were spread out.

Dad, younger child of two. His sister was the classic debutante.

I'm the youngest of four. But we really don't fulfill the classic birth order behavior patterns. All of us are very gregarious people with lots of friends.

1) Sister. Oldest, and basically a happy-go-lucky basketcase. Three resentful kids (Understandably).
2) Brother. Twice divorced, married again. Self-centered, yet engaging, playboy type. No kids.
3) Brother. Married happily for 16 years. Two teenagers. Kind of a mix of offbeat, with a curious streak of Puritanism in him from time to time.
4) Me. Married happily for 17 years. Three kids. Oddly enough, I'm the Steady Eddie in the clan.

2. 2nd oldest, 1/2 sister.
3. Me, the oldest of the full-blood siblings listed below.
4. Brother.
5. Sister.
6. Sister.

13 nieces and nephews, plus my son.

Essentially I'm 2nd of 4. Mom, third marriage (he's a keeper - he has 5 kids but they don't speak to him and it has never occurred to me that we are in some way marginally related); Dad, second marriage (half sister and brother). And I have an older sister. So ... full sister; half sister; half brother (I'm 2nd of 4); I guess 5 step-siblings, is that what they are, no blood relation?
