I find it sad that people like her can reproduce and then there are people who have alot of love to give but never get a chance to have children.

There are times when I'm not my daughter's biggest fan, but to not love her..that's just not natural at all.

I'm not joking when I say this "Why should you not have to obtain a licence before having a baby".
Would save alot of the problems in the world, from inept parent/s. No licence then pregnancy aborted.

The more I think about this article the more hacked off I get...who on earth accepts a request for an interview about having no love for their child? What a terrible woman. To make it worse, she knew it was going to be published...ugh.

That is a heartbreaking story. That poor girl is going to spend the rest of her life trying in vain to get her mother to love her. Terrible.

Good point. Everyone has the right to create a child, but only after the child is born do people pay attention to what makes them a bad parent. Guess you can't predict too much, but violent crimes would be a clue.
That's a whole other subject.

I feel sorry for both mother and daughter. It's obvious the mother has serious psychological problems relating to the daughter than none of us will understand. I'd leave this to the professionals who know better. It doesn't make her a bad person. Maybe as others have said, she should have given her up for adoption.
