I don't know the specific block, but I don't think it's any worse than other parts of the city. I'd say it was average- if that makes any sense (It's the hood, the 'elements' are present, and you should expect that anything's bound to go down). I've never heard any kind of notoriety about that block
It's West Philly- and 3 blocks from 52nd, which is a very busy intersection. I think if you go further south (Walnut/Chestnut/Spruce) it gets a little more rough Also, West Market Street is overshawdowed by the EL, and the last I was up there (maybe a year?) they were doing construction on the street underneath, so it was a mess.
I think Sierra said this already, but it really depends upon the situation in which I meet them. I've been called intimidating, easy-going, party animal, analytical, and uncomplicated.
I'm friendly, but a bit on the shy side. I won't initiate a conversation with strangers, but once I'm comfortable, I'm a chatterbox. For some reason, the shyness sometimes translates as being a pushover. I'm not.
LOL you look like George from Seinfeld. OMG that is so so hilarious ...... do you act like him too? Because that would make you so so awesome.

But when I occasionally get a flirty look from ladies I tend to feel better
