I referred her to a dating advice forum where I feel she can get better advice from women who is in her situation which is
"having sex with a guy too fast and then developed feelings and now he doesn't want to be in a relationship"
Sounds like all the more reason to get advice from a guy's perspective. Straight from the horses mouth and how they see it - another woman can't provide that insight.

Just tell her you may be available some Friday nights, and see what happens. If you are a real friend then making an exception would be considered what a real friend would do. After all you need to be a friend if you want to keep the ones you have.
I agreed to talk to her last night but I was just letting her know for the future that I don't have those kind of conversations. on friday nights.
