Some of it not even their habitat being disturb but their normal surroundings for instance if a subdivision goes up between their habitat and a river now they have to go thru the development to get to the river.

Clinton protected alot of forest land before he left office in this state but was reversed by the current administration.

Markey is on a distinguished road
Perfect opportunity to write you city council and talk to the local planners in your area. We all need a wake up call to this sprawl happening in our country and use infill as opposed to more and more suburbs. Let's go up and not out-or at least buy existing homes as opposed to new-which typically means big but poorly built.
