I have money to move, and money to buy a house, Is there a reason you assume I want to move there to get "Free Welfare"?

I'm not NativeChief, but you have already said you will probably be moving whether have a job or not. That doesn't mean you're moving here "to get free welfare", but as a single mother with two kids, you'll certainly be eligible for it right out of the gate. NC is seriously in debt and social services spending is a big reason for this (I know because I work in the budget area of a social services division). I personally don't intened to "accuse" you of coming JUST for free services, but they'll surely be at your disposal and being unemployed doesn't seem to be a hurdle for your move, from where I sit. It's not a huge leap for someone like NativeChief to imagine you'll sign up for benefits before you're ever paid a dime in NC taxes.

This! is what I recall posting, so I'm not sure where you would get the idea I would move without a job first. If I wanted welfare, I could have it here. I'm not on the run out of my state, I'm simply looking at other alternative states to live in, mainly so my kids can flourish with other people of their race and also live in a warmer climate. I would never put myself in a unstable financial situation just to move!
Please stick to the topic of the post, other judgement is ignored.

This was a really random comment. I didn't see anything in this woman's post that suggested she was looking for "free welfare". She was just looking for advice on areas in NC to suit her needs.
Anyway, I'd suggest the Triangle, Triad or Charlotte areas.
