I moved in 2006. I still AM happy in the Carolinas...North and South, especially after reading posts from the CT forum....yeah, things like legislating what genders can go to which bathrooms!

Interesting that the "poorer" states are on top of the happy list and the "richest" states at the bottom. I think it has more to do with just the sun and weather....
