Hickory call center to add 160 jobs (sales, employment, company)

Convergys plans to add 160 jobs at its Hickory call center, which would increase employment to about 835. The company says the new workers will provide customer service and sales support for a telecommunications-industry client.

I've applied already. These have been the only type of jobs I've been able to get since I was laid-off.
