Moving to NC

Hi all,
I kind of buzzing right now, I grew up in NY and been settled down in MA for 9 years now , but know I want to change by moving to NC.
can anyone give me some advices about what kind of business that more in the Northeast but rare in NC should I Open with a low over head, I mean I can do lots of things but I know more in computers.
