Default Looking to relocate to southeast - any harley riders?

Hello, I am a 39 yr old single woman, no kids looking to move closer to my family who lives in Fayetteville GA. It's nice there but really more for families. I'd like to find a place that has a affordable housing, a decent nightlife, I love live music; arts/culture and I am a harley rider so a town that has a strong Harley community would be great. I also want to be where there are single people close to my age range. I'm open to SC, TENN or NC as long as I am no farther than 4 hours away from the family. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I did go to a couple of Harley Dealers in Concord and somewhere else in the Charlotte area, don't remember. My dad collects the Harley dealer dots. I would call one of the shops in the area you are considering as they may have some more information on the subject. Good luck.

In Concord, where I live, there is a HUGE Harley dealership...probably one of the one's that NascarNancy was speaking of..

Also, there are two bar/restaurants here in Concord, right near Lowe's Motor Speedway that have I guess what you would call "Bike Nights" every week with live music, etc. I have friends that frequent on these nights and they have a blast. Very diverse crowd and Harley's for days! So I think that this area might be one to check out if you are looking for others that share your passion. I can send you the name of the places if you are interested.

Good Luck!
Nicole

Tilley's of Statesville and Salisbury http://www.tilleyhd.com/. The rilly-rilly big Harley dealer is in Hickory http://www.blueridgehd.com/ You can see it from I-40. I know there's a Harley place at Concord Mills, but it seems to mostly sell Harley clothes.

I'm not a Harley person; if I was to get an iron horse, it would be a Honda Valkyrie (the old style. not those oogly Runes) or a Victory; but I preferred when Harley dealers were just poky, hole-in-the-wall joints, not these .. these ... car dealership-style places . Tilley's of Statesville used to be way out on a 2-lane road; just a small, nuthin' fancy place. Now it's a big place right by the I-40/I-77 interchange, next to an RV dealer. *blech*

Every year, Salisbury sees The Smokeout, a biker rally at the Rowan County fairgrounds. From what I've heard from my hair dresser, who attends every year to collect T-shirts, it's quite the Hog Hangout. She told me that the more women flash, the more T-shirts they get. She just got a breast enhancement this year and said she got lots of T-shirts
