Suffolk Girl is on a distinguished road
Roanoke Rapids borrowed a lot of money to hire Randy Parton to build and star at an entertainment center (24 Mil). Who is Randy Parton? The drunkard brother of Dolly Parton. He ran this venture in the ground and the city kicked him out. Problem is...they still have the debt. And who do you think will pay it? Not Dolly Parton. Run as fast as you can!
