I live in Angier, south of Apex/Holly springs and Raleigh, and the growth in South Raleigh is on target to be huge in the next ten years. Fuquay Varina is getting most of that growth now, with it getting ready to spill into Willow Springs and Angier.

Just in the past year and a half the growth I have seen in Wilson and Nashville is almost too much. I keep wondering where will all the people come from to buy these houses.

Lets see New York still has 19 mil. (Nassau & Suffolk counties nearly 4 mil.), New Jersey 9 mil., Florida 18 mil......
