We went to Charlotte area. Walmart super center and a ton of things over there (Tryon St.) and there were a few gang members getting in and out of cars. So, there is good and bad areas just like where we all live now I'll keep leaving feedback about the areas we go too while I am here. I would "edit" my first page, but it didn't allow me too.

From what I know a very steady, solid area. Pretty too, I think.

Baxter is off of I77 at exit 85. It is on Hwy 160. I love that neighborhood too, but it has gotten pricey - not much under 300,000 there anymore.

Wife thinks that is by the "Beazer Homes" were looking at. Good area to raise a family? Seems slow pace area?

Gang members? I'm just laughing because when I hear that kind of term I think of LA or NY. Here we are showing some signs of gang activity, but mostly Latino MS13's - and some young punk wannabes.

Fort Mill is definitely the slower paced place compared to living in Charlotte. When you find Hwy. 160 where Baxter is, follow it west and you will see several nice neighborhoods. Eventually it crosses back over into Charlotte. When you get to where 160 meets hwy 49, take a left and you will go to that neighorhood called the Palasaides I told you about. Once you cross the bridge you are back in SC again. If you want nice and quite with a slower pace try looking at Clover which is just further down the road once you are back on that SC side past the bridge.
