Default Apple cider mills/harvest festivals

Does anyone know of any good cider mills or good apple harvest festivals in the Central to Western NC area? I would prefer it to be within 2-3 hours of Charlotte but at least in the foothills. Thanks!

Historic Hendersonville is the official home of the 61st Annual North Carolina Apple Festival, a four-day celebration in honor of the North Carolina Apple. The NC Apple Festival features a street fair on Historic Main Street including continuous live musical entertainment, arts & crafts, apple products, children’s & youth activities, special exhibits & open houses, food, and, to top it all off, the King Apple Parade. Around 2 hours west of Charlotte.

Your best bet this fall will probably be the Apple Festival mentioned above. Our harsh late frost this spring killed about 70% of this year's crop, so there won't be nearly as many apples as usual. In fact the Apple Festival will be bringing in apples from out of state just to meet demand. Hopefully next year the crop will be back to normal.

Yep, I figured that would be the case. It is the same thing where I live in Fort Mill, SC next to Charlotte. The local peach stands have brought in peaches from GA a lot this year, though there are plenty of peach orchards in Fort Mill.
