Oh good, when some idiot falls off his ATV and cracks his skull while trespassing on private property then gets permanent brain damage from the doctor's hand slipping and the scalpel taking out a chunk of his frontal gyrus his family can't sue for too much money, but at least they'll rest assured knowing the surgeon wasn't an illegal alien.
