The only input that I have is that I've seen at least 3 news reports that say they may be bankrupt by the end of the year.

Do a search in the Charlotte Observer or in the Charlotte section of this board. Not sure if I would build with them, they're going down a long and winding path contributing to the large amount of foreclosures in the state.
