Default Rolex repair shop

Looking for a shop that specializes in repair of high end watches especially Rolex.
We have a 20 YO Rolex that needs some repairs.
Anybody have personal experience with a shop preferably near the Pinehurst area.
I went to a shop in Aberdeen and he was clueless.
Told me it probably needed a battery (this Rolex does not use a battery)

No specific recommendation, but I'd suggest contacting Rolex (or check their website) for authorized service centers in your area.

My wifes older Rolex stopped every day and was running slow. So we called a few places for information on getting it fixed. Most would not even touch it. One store who also repaired our grandfather clock when we move here for a very reasonable price quoted us $600.00. They said they needed a very special person to fix it. So one day my wife was going past Brownlee Jewelers in Huntersville and she stopped in. The charged her $295.00 to fix it and it runs just great. They also cleaned it up and she said it looked like a brand new watch when she picked it up. I know it's not near you but for the money I think it might be worth the ride.

I'd check with a Bailey's jewelry store. They sell Rolexes, so they should be able to get it repaired. There's one in Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville & one in Crabtree in Raleigh.

New place for all of this in Moore County- downtown Southern Pines, it's called Cote Timeworks at the corner of Broad and E. Connecticut. He is getting very busy because he is good, so you won't get it fixed immediately.. worth the wait though!
