The best place to work is the place with a job.

In Charlotte look at Southpark Mall, Northlake Mall or Corcord Mills

Almost every city/town of any size has a mall, but you need to tell us much more about where you are looking to move, WHY you are looking to move here, etc. NC has a high unemployment rate, so you should line up a job before moving.

Why have you decided on NC specifically? What about this state appeals to you? It is a very diverse state, with mountains, coast, and everything in between. But surely you know all of this if you are planning to move here.

The time to get jobs in malls is October or November, gearing up for the holidays. January is the time of year when stores lay people off (I was in retail mgmt for 5 years in several NC malls).
