Fayetteville,NC Realtors willing to Show Rentals on Sunday? (apartments, rental homes)

Helllo,
My family moving to Fayetteville,NC in May. Military transfer so have to report to work on the 7th . Are you willing to show properties on Sunday? And take pictures of places I find on line, some have only a few pictures or tell me about a property before I get there? My plan is have a list 4-6 properties max and a suggestions from you are most welcome.

Here's the deal on rentals. In our market the management companies only pay an agent 10% of the first month's rent for bringing a qualified tenant. That is mostly rental homes, apartments don't even do that. So if your rent is $1000 a month I might make $100. That would cover only my gas for a day of two of showings. We only show rentals to people who are friends or will be buying in the near future.

You will be hard pressed to find someone to do what you ask for free.

I would consider doing it for an up front retainer fee.
