Default Sun Valley, NC question

Hi! I was just wondering if anyone knew what was going to be built beside (and/or across the street), of the new gas station in Sun Valley North Carolina.

Yes, that's the one I'm talking about. Nearest Charlotte I suppose. Its actually closer to Indian Trail I believe. But no matter, its the one that recently constructed the new movie theater near Starbucks, McDonald's, I can't really remember the rest of the shops around there. But it's actually before you get to that area. There is a new gas station across the road from another one if you are going up Highway 74 and beside it, or across the road from it depending on what direction you are going, is new construction and I didn't know what it could be. Looks a bit like a carlot right now but that's probably just me.

Im sorry, I was thinking of Sun City, but there is no town in North Carolina except communities called Sun Valley. What road is nearby?

Oh okay my bad. I just always consider it to be an actual town. Community then.
Sorry, I'm really not good with names of roads at all.

Sun Valley is out in Union County Sunny - near Indian Trail. It's just an area, not a town or anything, though there is a Sun Valley High School

The thread title is listed as Sun Valley Nc there is no city or hamlet in North Carolina with such a name.
Indian Trail is in Union County part of the Greater Charlotte metro so it best to poise your question in that forum.
