Default Looking at homes tomorrow
We just drove up to NC today an we have a lot of homes to see Fri and Saturday. Sunday and Monday we will be just exploring. Our luck it is going to rain tomorrow so we hope we can get all the homes in. They are in lenoir,hudson and grainite falls.We are staying in a nice holiday inn in Conover all the other good motels have been reserved for parents weekend at ASU. Hubby is in his glory though because they are having a PGA senior tour near by and a lot of the players are in this same motel. Hoping to get a few pics of some of the players. Our home in Fla will be having a open house SAT an SUN so hope we luck out.Fingers are crossed.
Wish us luck and any advice would be welcome. BTW I opened a window in the hotel a a few wasps got in.Is that a big problem here?

When you see a house in which you have interest make sure you have cell phone service. It can be spotty in areas. We have our house for sale and it would be a good fit for you if you want a pool except for the cell phone service. They keep promising to put a tower on Cajah's Mountain but have not done so yet.

Why are you moving? We just looked at a beautiul home on Wren Cir in Lenoir. Out of the 6 we saw that was #1 I also saw one other house that I really liked. The house that I loved also had a pool but living in FL we have a big pool so I have been there done that and I can live without one.Hubby needs a good cell service though. Our realtor did get calls in every home on her cell so but had a minor problem with the home on Wren Cir.
What type of home do you have? My wish list includes screened in porch,Fire place and finished basement. I don't need all three but it would be nice.
