  • Talked back to your parent(s)?
  • Had a haircut or shaved?
If so, you in big trouble with sky guy, but I guess you figure your vote for hatred earned you some "glory tickets" for later.
I'm not even going there. We could debate that but you wouldn't want to hear it anyway. Keep trying, keep yelling but I ain't doing it.

But yes, I love ribs and some good old 'cue.

This amendment has made North Carolina laughing joke of the nation.

Letterman had a thing on dumb marriage laws.

In NC you can marry at 16.

In NC you can marry your first cousin.

In NC if you have sex with your Aunt it's a misdemeanor.

It's easy to pick on those states, because they represent the deep south. But in all actuality Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tenessee, Georgia, and SC are no different and we rarely hear about them.

Why is it when David Letterman, John Stewart, Stephen Colbert, etc. make jokes about our state, you folks get your panties all in a wad? Do these entertainers really have that much power and influence over your life?

What everyone on your facebook page has to do with this amendment is of no concern to NC. How many of those facebook users are from states who have already voted for similar legislation?

Far too many people here worried about what others might be thinking of them. Are you concerned about "gay marriage" or about what the minority of folks are thinking about us?
