Hi: I would like to know if anyone can give me some info on some apartments we found in Fayetteville or at the least the surrounding areas, safety wise

Hidden Lake Apartments

The Heights at McArthur Park

MacArthur Park Landing Apts.

We are moving down in June to this area. Hubby and I looking for 2 br and dtr, son in law and grandchildren looking for 3 br. We also like Southern Pines but not a great selection of 3 br apts. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Was I too specific with the apartment listings, is that why I had views but no comments. If there is a way I should have reworded this post to make it more open to help, somebody please let me know. Thanks.

The apartments mentioned all look great from their web sites. They seem to be competing on luxury features, and one was gated. If you want an objective view of the crime in the area, I'd suggest comparing their addresses to something like SpotCrime or Neighborhoodscout, for example: Moderator cut: link removed, linking to competitor sites is not allowed

The dark blue areas are safest.

The map on that link is crazy. I would NOT use that as a reference.

How about real stats from the police dept.

Fayetteville Police Department

Although they are not updating the map, you can search incident report by street name.

The Cumberland County Sheriff has the same capability.

Default Made our decision thanks

Hi just wanted to thank people for their input. We made our decision and happy with it. Hope Mills is a good match for all of us. Does anyone know if there are things to do for seniors in that area? Thanks.

I'm just curious, but did you find apartments for yourself and for your daughter's family? Would you share what you found so others could benefit?
