Is Goldsboro NC a good and safe area to move? Can a home unattached one to one 1/2 story home be purchased for appox 150,000 with at least 1700 sq feet, 2 baths, 2 car garage under 20 years old? What tax breaks do they have for seniors? Does it depend on their income? Are social security , and military benifits included in income for discounts? Any info about Goldsboro would be Helpful.
