Before you all jump on Representative Carney, it was majority leader Paul Stam who immediately moved to close the session before Carney could say or do anything. He knew that he could use her mistake to his advantage. If he AND the Republican majority had allowed a re-vote instead of using a mistake to subvert the legislative process, the override wouldn't have happened.
