California-based Valley Fine Foods, which makes gourmet pasta dishes, is opening an East Coast manufacturing plant in Forest City, pledging to create 305 jobs within three years.
Valley Fine Foods produces gourmet pasta dishes, including fresh ravioli and tortellini, with organic and gluten-free varieties.

I agree, with the Data centers being built nearby, it good to see rowth in this area of the Foothills. The closeness of the Mountains and situated in between Charlotte and Asheville is great for anyone in the area and relocating.
