Four days ago I shared on a manufacturer putting its HQ in the city and today it was announced a data center campus. Taiwan manufacturer bringing American HQ to Conover

Catawba County will partner with Hickory, Maiden, Catawba and Conover to create a data-center campus on a 70-acre tract near Interstate 40 in Conover. Each of the local governments is expected to approve a loan for infrastructure installation

Could the Hickory region be the next metro to experience growth of people transplanting.
Home prices are reasonable in area and the location is great being within hour of the mountains and with the right property, one can have Mountain views in the beautiful foothills.
