Here's what NC has accomplished in the past 4 years.

#1 balanced budget - never a thought
#2 business development (jobs) - unemployment 9.6 %, way to go!
#3 education - the worst in the country!
#4 justice system - in the cra-per as crime is way up
#5 higher sales and property taxes
#6 I love paying 39.2 cents a gallon for gas - 6th highest tax rate in the USA!
#7 I'm getting angry now and must stop
#8 I do agree that Amendment #1 was a really swell and thoughtful idea.

We need 4 more years of this?

Pat had one of his teachers in his latest commercials. She stated Pat wants kids learn how to read by 4th grade. I couldnt think of what part of the state this commercial is maybe eastern NC like La Grange or Lumberton.
My nieces and nephews know how to read by time they was in first grade.

Far as unemployment, considering this state had massive influx of transplants, thing are getting better thanks to Beverly Perdue. In 2010 the unemployment was at 11% I posted a thread last two years
15,984 new jobs being created in North Carolina.

My mother taught me that you're known by the company that you keep.

Chris Christie Campaigns With Pat McCrory in Salisbury - YouTube

Chris Christie has attacked teachers, firemen, & police officers as well as state workers. NJ has a higher unemployment rate than NC. 9.8% vs 9,6% As NJ Unemployment Nears 10%, Democrats Criticize Christie Cuts CBS Philly The only reason that it's that good is that the unemployment rate is lower in North Jersey, & people keep leaving & coming to NC.

I kind of remember the Dick & Jane books from the first grade, but that was 56 years ago. Run Spot run.

I think New Jersey is $98 Billion in debt. NC's debt is $55 Billion and rising.

I just can't think of a worse governor to be campaigning here. It says something about McCrory's judgement. (That's not counting Christie being a crude loudmouth. . .)

Our tea party legislature did the slash & burn on education. If you like that, vote for McCrory. If you like higher property taxes, vote for him. The legislature has made annexation almost impossible. Ammendment 1 was compliments of the legislature. It's cost jobs & cut down on companies looking to relocate here.

what company did not want to locate here because of the 1st amendment ???

Facts; 451,642 people in nc on unemployment. This is not the total # of people out of work which is probably near 600,000 n. Carolina people.

Go mccrory !

I don't have anything against McCrory in particular, but I tend to think the state legislature is gone tea party crazy. I think without any Democratic input they will likely do even more irreparable harm to the entire UNC system and there will be no one to stand up to them when they start pushing tuition higher and quality lower. Already tuition is skyrocketing at record levels (almost 10% per year) and what for so that we can avoid a .0025 increase in the sales tax? That really screws working and middle class families that want to send their kids to a good college without a lot of debt. I really do feel bad for families with high school aged kids who have their hearts set on UNC system colleges and universities because they are the ones who are really going to get hit hard.

He is a bought and paid for spooks person for the oil industry. He will sell out NC future through fracking to destroy ground water, and off shore drilling to make the NC, the next BP Oil spill site.

Paid handsomely (making a living as he says with a big grin) by a law firm that represents the oil industry, yet he ain't a lawyer. Now why is that?

Just another pimp, getting rich while we get to the screwing.
