I went into my checking account and found that my unemployment was shorted by about $160 this week. If my calculations are correct I should be in my 2nd week of Tier 3. When my BY ended, of course they recalculated my UE, which was lower than the original, so they put me back on the original claim and everything has been OK until now. Now all of a sudden this week was calculated on the newer BYE claim (I think???) Let's face it, their website leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to trying to find more detailed information about your claim other than the amounts they have sent you each week!!

Tried to call and all I got was a "due to larger than normal call volume we can't take your call" message. Which made me wonder if there are a bunch of others who got gypped. I work very part time and have been declaring my pay each week as required, but it still is not adding up as should be for last week.

UGH........why is it that everything seems to be dumped at once!!
