Hi!
Yeah, Hippie Chick isn't there any more. I think they just do mail and phone orders if I remember correctly. I actually live about 20 minutes from Amesbury.

I think we are leaning towards moving to the Charlotte area. I got in touch with some people from the celiac support group, and they are being sooo supportive of our venture!

I have several friends that suffer from Celiacs and would be glad to relate where you are locating... Most of my friends with this problem are from the north, specifically upstate NY. Off the top of my head, several in Pinehurst and Raleigh..oh i have a killer rice waffle recipe using yeast!
