My family and I are looking for a new home and are interested in knowing more about the Lakes of Rolesville as well as the villages of Rolesville. From what we saw it seems like a middle to upper class neighborhood. We came down from New York due to Hurricane Sandy and are staying with family until we decide on a home. My husband and I would like to know everything about the neighborhood. We are looking for a neighborhood that is safe, not noisy, family-oriented and neighbors are close and friendly. Also we would like to know more about Drees homes since we do not know anyone who has built a home with them. Are they reliable and how is the quality of their homes.
My wife and I purchased a lot in lakes of rolesville 3 years ago when Drees was building its final homes. We will be building a home beginning of march but are using a custom builder. We've already met a number of neighbors over the past several years and its a great neighborhood. I've never built a Drees home but hear they are better than most. There is a lakes of rolesville yahoo group that you might want to reach out to. Hope this helps.
If this is Rolesville, NC near Wake Forest NC post in the Raleigh board it will get more attention. I have Raleigh address but Rolesville is about 2 miles up the road.
