Love it! Almost 4 years to the day since this thread was started. We're 146 pages and 1,454 comments deep and people are still debating MSA, CSA and throwing out statistics. I love a healthy debate as much as the next guy, but has one mind been changed in the process?

All this says to me is that if Meck had Wake's land area, Meck would have close to 1.3 million residents by now.
Is it? If so, why would they do that when it's still in a practically new building?
If we're talking about the law school just west of uptown, I think they're about to move to the Charlotte Plaza building. Don't have a link at the moment, but I think I read about this somewhere on their website. Check it out for yourself, I'm sure the info is still there.
EDIT:
Nevermind, I found the link...
Quote: Charlotte School of Law is excited about moving to Uptown Charlotte in August 2013. Our new setting expands student access to courts, law firms, and businesses, while improving community access to legal service. The school's new site at Charlotte Plaza, located at 201 South College Street, brings students closer to leading law, banking, and energy companies, Charlotte's seven Fortune 500 headquartered companies and potential future employers. County and federal courts are right up the street, making it easier for judges, lawyers, and business and community leaders to visit the school. http://www.charlottelaw.org/about/ch...ng-uptown-2013

Well building a new facility seems to have been somewhat short-sighted on their part if they're moving out of it so quickly.
