The Charlotte metro area's unemployment rate dropped to 5.6 percent in October, according to the N.C. Department of Commerce — its lowest rate since the recession.

Mecklenburg's unemployment rate for the month was 5.6 percent, down from 6.3 percent in September and from 7.4 percent in October 2013.

Looks that way to me. But ok. I'm glad unemployment is declining in both areas. It sucks to be out of work!

But Raleigh isn't our peer city that's why i say were not playing catch up to you.

You have to be joking? This has what to do with the unemployment rate?

You linked an article about the Charlotte metro unemployment rate right? On a thread Raleigh vs Charlotte? When everyone who can read knows Raleigh's and the Triangles is better? The link to a video that has nothing to do with the subject at hand?

Are you old enough to be on City-Data? I have my suspicions now

I just thought it was funny so I posted it so why does it matter. Man I swear some of you guys take this site like it actually applies to the real world or something. Age has nothing to do with it buddy.

I forgot you need to know info on people right? 25 black and puerto Rican male, United States Marine Corps vet of 5 1/2 years, currently at UNC Charlotte for my degree in Business and architecture so sir i can post on any site i see fit.
