At this time I have a 2 years in Aerospace, and I'm thinking about getting a 4 years in engineering. I am going to get a general engineering (not sure which), since there isn't too many jobs in aerospace.
Anyways, I'm having a hard time finding an entry level engineering job in NC. In fact, I'm having a hard time finding an internship.
Am I looking at the wrong places or should I look into another degree? Also, what is the average pay an engineer in NC?

You have only a 2 year associates degree? What kind of math courses do you have?
I looked on Indeed.com for "entry-level engineering" and they both require 4 year degrees. They were with the State and Honda Aircraft in Greensboro. The State job paid $42K at entry, but they were not hiring.
Perhaps you should be looking for "engineering assistant" jobs. Could your college help you with an internship?

I had to take pretty much what a 4 year would have to take. In fact, the school that I went to said they were making the aerospace degree into a 4 year for future grads. (For a 2 year degree you had to take 90 credit hours of classes)
Anyways, I haven't started my 4 years yet. I'm trying to figure out if there is a few entry level jobs out there since almost all engineering jobs require 5 years experience.
BTW, greensboro is 2 hours from the 28551 zip code. On top of that, there is no engineering entry level engineering jobs on Honda Aircraft Careers - HondaJet
I haven't looked on NC State's job board recently but I do know a few weeks ago there were many entry level jobs available. Overall they have a very good job placement rate. Of course these openings were specifically listed for NCSU students.

So basically your SOL if your not a NCSU student
