My husband and I are looking to relocate for a better school environment for our daughter. She is in middle school and has AS. We want to see her thrive and feel included. Please let me know of any private schools that we can check out.

Are you currently in North Carolina? If so, what city or town do you live in? Are open to a religious school? How far are you willing to drive your daughter to school? If not, what part of North Carolina will you be able to find a job in?

We need more specifics to help at all.

A friend of mine sends his son to Thales Academy in Apex. I can't offer my own comments on that school, but it seems to have worked for that particular family.

Noble Academy in Greensboro is great for kids with learning differences. I didn't go, but I had friends that did and both of them are in college and doing well. They even have active arts and athletics programs.
