If you haven't moved yet have you considered the 5 acre mini horse farm estates located at Foxfire Village? Only 10 Miles from Southern Pines and 5 miles from the center of Pinehurst village. Foxfire golf club right next door.

We moved to the Pinehurst area from NJ last year. Our friends and relatives back in NJ are just dying with all the snow they are having.

Some "experts" say with the warming trend it sends more moisture into the atmosphere and that's why they are getting all the snow.
We could not have moved any sooner.

We are retired so I can't comment on the kid stuff but there are lots of kids in our neighborhood mixed in with a lot of seniors.

This would be a good time to take a trip to the Pinehurst area. 60 today and 60+ tomorrow.

We have actually moved our search up to the Triangle area, so currently, we are not looking to move to Pinehurst/Southern Pines. Thanks though!
