I'm interested in a home I've found in Magnolia, but I don't know anything about the area. How are the job prospects? Is the area nice? Any information is appreciated! Thanks!

I have no first-hand knowledge of Magnolia, but based on the U.S. Bureau of the Census data, it appears to be a depressed, agricultural-related community of less than 1,000 residents in Duplin County. High unemployment and poverty. You can view the details here:
