According to the Social Security Administration SS benefits will be increased by 2.3% to "match the cost of living increase"....but the charge for Medicare benefits will rise by 3.9% and the cost of prescription drug coverage plans will rise by 15%. I guess that means I will remain "semi retired" for another year
