We got our kitchen table and chairs there. It was an OK experience. It was not an expensive set and their delivery fees were outrageous, so I drove to Raleigh to their distribution center to pick up the items. Ok there.
We did get a sofa from Bullard Furniture (across from Cross Creek Mall--4901 Morganton Rd.) and had great customer service there. Everything is in stock in their warehouse in back and can be delivered the next day. There was a problem with one of the cushions, I went back to the store with the cushion, they just gave me a new one right away to take home with me, Ashley probably would have had to order one and make me wait!
( I think I had to wait 6 weeks for my furniture to be in stock at the warehouse in Raleigh for the Ashley Furniture. )
