Default NC allows credit freezes!

One of the reasons I decided to stay on in NC (at least for now) is because my home state does NOT allow credit freezes against identity ***** but NC does. The key: Even when you HAVE NOT been frauded (yet).

Sure, many states are working on it (cough) but NC's Governor put the law into affect immediately (Dec. 05) after the latest "leak" of veteran's information on a mysteriously lost laptop.
