I just took the test and there are a lot of regulatory stuff on there such as how many point on your license to you get for things and how long your license is revoked for certain things....nothing to do with common sense..

The reason your skipped question did not come back is that you reached a passing score without it. When I took the test I did not miss any, but as soon as I had answered enough to pass, the test ended.

Yea NC makes it too too easy for anyone to get a DL.

I took the test and passed after reading the book over once. They also did not take my out of state license. They mailed me my current DMV license for and now I have one per state. I took the test a couple weeks ago.
