That's a shame. I'm really sorry to hear that hardly anyone can own a Class III firearm in NC - that's not what I expected.

To me, it's not worth the time and expense of jumping through all of the federal, state and local requirements to have a Class III weapon when you can have a semi-auto version, like a Bushmaster or Colt AR-15 without going through all of that.
