My family is relocating to Raleigh/Durham and my husband is seeking law licensure in NC. He is eligible for comity, so he doesn't need to sit for the exam. I am just wondering if anyone has gone through this lengthy process and if they have any insight on the process. Any hurdles you met and how did you get through them? Once your application was complete, how long did you wait for licensure to go through (we know there is a minimum 6 month waiting peroid)? Any information you are willing to share is very much appreciated!
