Default NJ State Employee moving to NC

Hi, I'm having trouble finding this information and was hoping someone could help ... If there are any former NJ state employees who were in the PERS pension system living in North Carolina, I'd like to know how your NJ health benefits were handled when you retired and moved to North Carolina? I currently have BC/BS/NJPlus insurance. Does anyone have information about medical, prescription drug, etc.

If I were employed in NC by a school or government office, could I roll over my pension into NC's system??? Please help and thank you.
