am trying to relocate to North Carolina This summer. I have seen that the houses in Raleigh are kind of costly. I do have family in Raleigh and that is were i would like to move, but are there any towns that are close but not to far? I realize that there are different counties. I am in Boston and there are towns that are like 45 minutes away from where I am at in the City. I am also looking for a good school system. I have seen that Wake County is going through some stuff right now. The last part of my process to relocate is that I have a section 8 certificate. Can any one educate me on how the process works in NC. Here in boston my certificate is worh $2200 with out utilites. Some people would ask so why do i want to relocate. Its time! Different enviorment, culture and not so cold. So if there is anyone who can help me please do so I am truely grateful.
