Hi! My husband and I have owned our home in Fuquay for 9 years and are hoping to upgrade and take advantage of some builder incentives/discounts on spec homes in the Fuquay/Holly Springs area. Can anyone recommend any specific builders who would be willing to negotiate on coming down in price? $300K would be our max. Looking for at least 2000 sf, 3-4 bedrooms and a lot bigger that a postage stamp. We love the new South Lakes and Lake Stone homes, but the lots are so small, I just feel that we need a bigger yard for 2 boys to run aound! Any suggestions. Have also looked at Brighton Forest, but lots seem pretty small there too. Thanks!
