no problem

I'm ready for the announcement of who the main tenant in Project 561 will be, Roy said he had one lined up, i mean i'm all for 7-14 story buildings that fill in the density of downtown, but i'm ready for that Skyscraper!

also the rumor circulating around that skyhouse properties was interested in a lot around the booming ball park area, problem is the "preserve Greensboro" committee is against because just like Carroll above(last page project) it will tare down many historic buildings.

Roy Carrolls Carroll at bellemeade demolished 4 blocks and shut down a street. it's crazy how big that lot was when it was empty.

Fayetteville getting a new Mercedes benz dealership on Skibo Road.
Fayetteville losing Porsche dealership to Wilmington.
I have no idea why Fayetteville doesn't have an Audi dealership, it's absolutely insane that I have to drive to Wilmington or Cary, as many Audi's that roam Fayetteville. Fayetteville also needs a jaguar/Land Rover, but instead we have Alfa Romeo; which is pretty cool. BMW and Mercedes-Benz of Fayetteville are both very congested, I have no idea what is taking so long for Fayetteville to get an Audi dealership. Especially BMW which has a rather large dealership.

Hamilton Inn near completeion on Cedar Creek Road.
Tru by Hilton will soon be coming to Fayetteville's Cedar Creek Road.
