Total Income tax receipts in 2013 were? XXXXXX Dollars
In 2014 they were. YYYYYY Dollars

I googled it. Got 999999 results with the rates and none with the net effects.

Could you clarify what you're talking about? NC state income tax? You're trying to compare 2013 NC state income tax collections with 2014?

Precisely. What was the net effect in collections of the state income taxes.
I know what the change of rates was.
I know 99999 sites of left or right wing opinion.

What is the factual change in tax collections from NC state income taxes?

This report says "tax revenues" are up 6% for 2014 versus 2013, but its unclear if thats just individual income tax revenues, or also includes corporate income tax revenues.
